SPK Penetration Test
The Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Information Systems Management, published in the Official Gazette No. 30292 on January 5, 2018, sets out the procedures and principles for institutions and organizations to perform penetration testing within the scope of this communiqué.
In accordance with the CMB regulation, all brokerage houses are required to take a penetration test over the internet once a year.
